Trivers is searching for a full or part-time Accountant to join our staff. As is the case in all positions at Trivers, we are seeking someone who shares a desire to support a firm that creates thoughtful, lasting, and inspired design.

The ideal candidate will have 7+ years of experience, preferably in the architecture or engineering industry. Responsibilities will include general firm ledger management, preparation of balance sheet and expense account reconciliation, coordinate quarterly and year-end tax coordination with firm’s CPA, prepares monthly financial update for firm principals and Project Managers, manages accounts payable, and bi-Monthly payroll processing. A bachelor’s degree in business management or accounting is required. Candidates must be proficient with the most current versions of Microsoft Office (MS Word, MS Excel) and Deltek Vantagepoint experience is preferred.
