Position: Bilingual Adoption Counselor
Status: Full-time
Pay Rate: $18/hour
Description:
Join a caring team and help people and animals every day! This position supports members of the public interested in adoption or who need to surrender a pet. Applicants should have friendly and professional customer service skills and be comfortable around animals. This position shares resources with people inquiring about surrendering, answers phones, responds to emails, and facilitates adoptions. Requirements include computer literacy and previous customer service experience preferred. Passing a language proficiency test is required.
