They are seeking a Regional Sales Manager to play a key role in driving market growth, strengthening customer relationships, and delivering technical solutions in a dynamic and evolving market.

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Search out, pursue, and obtain new customer market share growth
- Maintain, service, and support existing customer base
- Travel to Latin American customers and prospects in the pursuit of market share growth, and existing customer maintenance. Expectation is eight (8) weeklong trips annually for customer visits
- Ability to conduct on-site and remote customer sales calls, explaining product application, problem solve, and identify technical needs and requirements at customer production sites
- Assist and facilitate customer technical support and training
- Direct activities of Latin American Customer Service team
- Identify, evaluate, and disseminate market trends and intelligence to leadership and colleagues.
- Assist in facilitating and participating in small and medium-scale trade shows, 1-2 times annually
- Attend large scale US based trade show bi-annually
- Complete all necessary administrative functions including but not limited to, forecasting, new business development, quotations, order entry, etc.
- Other duties assigned to meet departmental and Company objectives.
Experience:
- Spanish Language fluency
- English Language fluency
- Prior die cutting, converting or flexographic printing equipment experience strongly desired (minimum of 3-5 years)
- Prior technical or industrial sales experience strongly desired
- Mechanical/technical aptitude
- Experience and comfort in traveling to and operating independently in major Latin American Metropolitan areas
- Basic use of IT equipment and software, PC, MS Office, MS Teams, Outlook
- Demonstrated knowledge of flexographic printing techniques, product design for manufacturability and production methods required to meet customer requirements.
- Bachelor’s degree from four-year college or university is preferred but not required
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent organization and follow through skills
- Sense of urgency, resilience, creativity, problem solving, self-motivation
Physical Requirements:
- You must be able to make sales calls at the customer location.
- Must be able to travel by car or flight to customers locations throughout Latin America
- Working from St. Louis Office or dedicated home office space is required.
- Work in conditions typical of a manufacturing environment – noise, dust, odors, etc.
- Able to wear required personal protective equipment – safety shoes, safety glasses, hearing protection, etc.
Ability to lift to 35 pounds. - Ability to stand, sit, and walk for extended periods of time.
