Job Title: Care Management Support Coordinator II

Contract Type / Duration: 6 months (possibility to extend or convert)
Location: Remote – Missouri only
Work Hours: M–Th 10:30 AM–7:00 PM CST; F 9:30 AM–6:00 PM CST (includes 30-min lunch and two 15-min breaks)
Pay Rate: $19/hr


Job Summary

The Care Management Support Coordinator II provides administrative support for care management activities. This role includes performing outreach, answering inbound calls, scheduling services, and serving as a primary point of contact for members, providers, and staff. The coordinator ensures accurate documentation of member records and supports onboarding, ongoing education, and referrals to community or health plan resources.

  1. Healthcare customer service or call center experience (Medicaid experience preferred)

  2. Strong computer, multitasking, and communication skills

  3. Reliable internet access for remote work


Preferred Skills

  • Bilingual candidates

  • Microsoft Office proficiency


Education Requirement

High School diploma or GED


Additional Notes

  • All interactions are conducted telephonically.

  • Candidate must meet daily productivity targets (~47 calls/day).

  • Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
