I have more than 30 years of experience in Operations and my passion since I started in Emerson as an Operations Planner in 1999, has been learning and practicing Lean Manufacturing Principles. Later in my career I learned to apply those principles to the Lean Enterprise and then to the Quality function. I've gone from a Planner to a Vice President and in this journey I've helped four different business drive sustainable process improvements through Kaizen and other concepts learned and improved over these 30 plus years.
